Stanford Bank (Panama), S.A., offers a Call Account^SM and two certificates of deposit (Fixed CD^SM and Flex CD^SM). Each is designed to preserve and grow wealth.

Accounts
The Call Account^SM is a supplementary account and pays market-rate interest on balances of US$100,000 or higher.

Certificates of Deposit
The Fixed CD^SM may be opened with most international currencies. If rates should fall, the client is guaranteed the original rate until maturity.

The Flex CD^SM offers the same rate benefits as the Fixed CD^SM, but has more flexibility. Additional deposits of US$25,000 or higher may be added at any time and will accrue interest at the same rate as the initial deposit. Up to 25 percent of the principal may be withdrawn with five days' notice.

Both CDs are offered at incremental terms from six months to five years with interest compounded daily and automatic rollover.
